AJ Capital is working closely with the community to deliver high-demand amenities while addressing local needs. The proposed plan includes an efficient footprint that reduces daily activity and therefore traffic.

 

LEED Neighborhood Development and WELL certifications.

The plan pursues LEED Neighborhood Development and WELL certifications, which would make Belle Meade Plaza among Tennessee’s first neighborhoods with these environmental certifications.
